Parking
Valet parking is available every day we are open. There is street parking available on Gehring Ave, Lorain Ave, and just across the street in the West Side Market parking lot.

Tuesday -Thursday: 5pm - 9pm

Friday & Saturday: 5pm - 10pm

Sunday Brunch: 11am - 2pm

Sunday Dinner: 5pm - 8pm

Reservations

We encourage reservations for all parties. jaja is an intimately sized venue that was designed for parties of 2, 3, 4 or 5. We have a singular table that accommodates parties of 7 or 8. We do not have any tables that were made for 6 guests - we have been able to squeeze 6 at our 5 person booths, however please know this is a tight fit. Dinner reservation durations are 2 hours - 2.5 hours depending on party size, additional time is only allowed if another reservation does not immediately follow your designated time.

Holiday Reservations (Easter brunch, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve, etc.) and larger reservations (7-8 guests) can only be made on our Resy page and require a credit card on file.

Large Party reservations (11+) can be made by emailing info@jajacleveland.com.

Outside food/beverage are not permitted. Birthday cakes can be brought in for a $15 cutting fee.

Parties of 6-8 will be subject to a 22% service charge.
